CEO Now group learning

This group-learning opportunity from Elevate Hennepin was designed to guide established, growth-minded business owners as they build and strengthen systems to keep their businesses growing.

Participants will join a group of up to 20 peer business owners and founders for seven months of focused business instruction and peer learning.

Dozens of Hennepin County entrepreneurs have gone through the training to develop their business skillset, learn to prioritize, and work on their business instead of reacting to day-to-day issues.

Heidi Mueller said the training gave her skills to address her burnout and bring needed structure to her business.

“I was very burnt out,” said Mueller. “I didn’t know if I should be doing sales or working on HR stuff—I didn’t know what I should be doing.”

She said one of the most exciting aspects of the group learning: coming together with other growing business owners to tackle challenges together meant a network of peers who have gone through some of the unique challenges of owning a small business.

She said the opportunity saved her business and helped her develop a plan to successfully grow.

If you are a business owner or founder looking to continue growing but needs some structure in your business, watch for the next application period for CEO Now.
