Apply for CEO Now

Applications are now open for CEO Now, a cohort opportunity designed to help established, growth-minded business owners and founders with employees to build and strengthen systems to keep growing.

Business owners will work with local advisors and their peers to develop a three-year strategic roadmap using a nationally recognized curriculum focused on strengthening core business principles. This opportunity is offered to qualified business owners at no cost through funding provided by Hennepin County and Ramsey County. 

The next CEO Now group will launch in May 2024. Applications are being accepted now through April 25, with priority consideration given to applications received prior to April 4.

CEO Now: A snapshot

CEO Now is an offering from Hennepin County that provides cohort-based executive education to growth-oriented business owners.

To be eligible, participants must:  

  • Be incorporated or operating in Hennepin County
  • Employ at least one person other than the owner Have two years of operating history 
  • Report between $250,000 and $2 million in revenue
  • Have a demonstrated desire to grow their business
  • Be receptive to coaching, mentorship and collaborating with peers
  • Prepare to commit up to 10 hours each month through the 7-month program
