Please use the form via the link below to sign up. You can attend one, two or all of the workshops. Please sign up no later than one day prior to the event so we can plan accordingly.

These workshops are complimentary and open to the public. Workshops will be led by Chase for Business Senior Business Consultants. Registration is highly recommended so we can prepare enough materials and staff for support.
