BA T.H.R.I.V.E. (Train. Hope. Rise. Innovate. Venture. Elevate.) Emerging Leaders Reimagined offers U.S. small business owners with at least one employee, $250,000 or more in annual gross revenue and have been in existence at least three years , the opportunity to learn timely and valuable skills in business management, business development and administration. Over the course of the over 30 hours of online learning, and 8, four-hour in-person discussions with dedicated business coaches and small business owner peers, T.H.R.I.V.E. participants receive guidance on topics such as business leadership and planning, financial documents, Human Resource and company culture, marketing strategies, sales tactics, and legal compliance. Since its inception, the program has empowered over 8,000 alumni, which have created more than 11,000 jobs, generated over $1 billion in new financing, and secured over $4 billion in new government contracts.We invite you to learn more about this no-cost program, qualification, learning goals, and—most importantly—success testimonies from T.H.R.I.V.E.
