Advisor Kathy Pyle: now is the time to get prepared for tax season

Kathy Pyle, founder of Clear Talk Accounting, helps Elevate HennepinSM advisees make sense of their finances by helping them prepare to meet with an accountant and other services such as bookkeeping, accounting insights, payroll expertise and administrative consulting.

“Make sure you have your bookkeeping in order, plain and simple. If you don’t, find someone right now,” says Pyle.

Kathy works with many entrepreneurs to address their financials head on, especially helping them understand their documents ad what questions to ask of financial-assistance providers.

“One, I like to make it understandable and two, easier. If I can reduce the stress of a [business owner’s] financials, that increases their ability to go out and make sales and do all those other things to run the business," said Pyle.

If you’re a business owner looking to better understand business finances or other essential topics, connect with Kathy or another Elevate HennepinSM advisor and see how this initiative powered by Hennepin County can help you.
