Legal

• General legal services 
• Employment law 
• Intellectual property and trademark law 
• Insurance policy review 
• Lease review and negotiation of terms
• Advice and assistance with entity formation
• Payment negotiation to lenders and creditors including filing monthly returns and negotiating payment plans and forbearance agreements
• Other services, as specified in your proposal described as follows: Reviewing documentation and assembling applications and due diligence to finance for business expansion, capital expenditures, and operating capital through grants and loans, business acquisitions and sales, assistance with corporate and sales taxes including filing monthly returns and negotiating payment plans and forbearance agreements 
• Business financing application: assist client in assembling due diligence for business financing applications including leases, operating agreements, title, UCC, and financing agreements.
